Thursday Jan 30, 2025
In this episode, we welcome Beecher, a certified EFT practitioner and life coach who specializes in helping individuals overcome anxiety, heal trauma, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Beecher shares her personal journey of discovering Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) while seeking natural ways to help her son manage severe anxiety following an illness and diagnosis of PANS (Pediatric Acute-onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome). She discusses how this modality, which involves tapping on specific acupressure points, has been transformative for both her and her son. We delve into the science behind EFT, its origins, and how it functions to regulate the nervous system and alleviate stress. Beecher also talks about her experience with alcohol, exploring how EFT has helped her find long-term relief from anxiety and even facilitated her giving up drinking. Additionally, Beecher offers an inside look at her online program TRU Tapping™: The Alcohol Reset program, designed to help people reframe their relationships with alcohol and reclaim their lives.
